About District 25

Arlington Heights School District 25 serves the central portion of Arlington Heights with seven elementary (K-5) schools and two middle schools (grades 6-8), with a total of more than 5,000 students. District 25 employs about 730 full and part-time staff members. All of our educational facilities have been recently renovated or replaced. At the K-5 level, the district offers the choices of single-age classrooms or multi-age classrooms in most buildings. The middle schools pride themselves on offering strong academic programs while addressing the unique needs of their adolescent children. District 25 expects and supports excellence in all of its activities and is recognized for its high-quality educational programs.

District 25 offers comprehensive instruction in literacy, mathematics, science, social science, health, physical education, visual arts, drama, music, and creative arts as well as gifted education and special services.
