Personnel Department
District 25 expects and supports excellence in all of its activities and is recognized for its high-quality educational programs. This district employs more than 783 full- and part-time employees, including more than 423 certified staff. Our professional teaching staff averages over 12 years of teaching experience with close to 85 percent having Master's degrees. The Board of Education's commitment to providing the necessary resources to meet our students' needs results in an average class size for kindergarten of 20.3 students; for primary grades, 22.7; and for intermediate grades, 22.5.
