The WE Want To Know form is an opportunity for students to anonymously report information to the Principal, Assistant Principal, Social Worker or School Psychologist. Students may report bullying, conflicts, teasing, or other school-related incidents. Please read the statement in the box and click the button to access the reporting form.
Please complete this form as accurately as possible. It is very important to provide names and details to assist school staff with an investigation. Individuals submitting the form will not be notified of consequences that may result from reporting the incident. This is an anonymous reporting system. Individuals will not be contacted unless their first and last names are included on the form. |
