We have one vision plan - Vision Service Plan (VSP).  You are eligible for coverage on your start date and need to return the completed enrollment form to me within 30 days.

Finding an Eye Doctor – The best way to find a doctor in the network is to look on the VSP website at www.vsp.com, call them at (800) 877-7195, or ask your doctor if s/he is in the VSP network.  It is always best to double check with your doctor that s/he is still part of the network.
