Click here to access the AESOP/Frontline system used by all staff to report absences, keep track of personal, sick or vacation days, etc. Once logged in, click on the help button for detailed instructions or contact Kasia Kosinska at kkosinska@sd25.org or 847-758-4912 for assistance.

Eligibility and Enrollment
Certified/Licensed staff (0.5 FTE or greater) and IMRF staff (30+ hours per week) are eligible for benefits. Benefit elections can be completed online through Selerix, the District's benefits portal, or by speaking with an AGM benefits counselor.

Although your benefits will not take effect until the first day of your employee calendar that you work, you can access Selerix or schedule an appointment with a benefits counselor as soon as you receive the enrollment email sent to your District 25 email address. This email confirms that you have been entered into the Selerix system and that your enrollment window is open.

Accessing the Enrollment Portal
After receiving the enrollment email, you can:

• Log in to Arlington Heights School District 25’s online enrollment portal: http://www.agmenroll.com/
• Schedule an appointment with a benefits counselor: https://a.flexbooker.com/reserve/Arlington

Selerix Overview
Selerix provides 24/7 access to review plan information, make benefit elections, and manage your benefits conveniently. All benefit-eligible employees are required to log into Selerix to complete their enrollment, regardless of whether they are electing or waiving District benefits. Additionally, employees are required to review annual notices as part of the process.

Forms and Documentation
Detailed insurance rates, plan information, Summary of Benefits and Coverages (SBCs), required annual notices, and other helpful documents are available in the Selerix Forms Library.

Dependent Verification
When enrolling dependents, you must upload the following documentation to your Selerix account:

• Spouse/Partner: Marriage or Civil Union Certificate
• Children: Birth Certificate, Adoption Document, or Legal Guardianship Certificate
• Children 19+ (college students): Copy of the child’s coursework schedule

Post-Enrollment
Once your enrollment is complete, you should receive your ID cards within three weeks.

*Note: You cannot make changes to benefit elections outside of the new hire enrollment or open enrollment period unless you have a qualifying “life change” event. More information regarding changes to benefits and qualifying life events is available in the annual notices and in the Selerix forms library.

Please follow the steps below to obtain Payroll information through Employee Access:

• Go to the “Staff” tab on the District website
• Click on "Staff Home and Links"
• Click on Skyward Employee Access                                  
• This should log you directly into your account - you may be prompted to choose your sd25 google/email account to log in.

Under the Employee Information Tab you can verify that your Personal Information, such as address and phone numbers, are correct and you can check your Payroll Information.

• Check History will show you an itemized copy of any previous paychecks. To see detail, click on the check number.
• Check Estimator will show you an “estimated check” if you were to change your W4 information.
• Calendar YTD information is displayed just as the check information, except the numbers displayed are calendar year-to-date totals. 
• Fiscal YTD displays fiscal year-to-date totals.
• W2 Information will give you a print out of your yearly W2. 
• W4 Information will show your current marital status and allowances in our system.

Google Mail

Once settled into your department, you will receive an email address.  The standard address format is: first initial+last name@sd25.org. 

To access your staff email simply go to http://mail.google.com.  You will then be prompted to enter your username and password. We encourage you to change the default password as soon as possible.
