The Arlington Heights School District 25 Personnel and Planning Department works to recruit, retain, and train world-class employees in order to support the students we work with on a daily basis. The school district employs more than 800 full- and part-time employees, including more than 446 certified staff. Our professional teaching staff averages over 12 years of teaching experience with close to 85 percent having Master's degrees.
