Westgate is a Leader in Me School, and they are super proud of it. It is engrained in the culture at Westgate for students to learn and practice the 7 habits of being a good leader.
Once a year the students and staff invite the Arlington Heights community in to show what being a leader at Westgate looks like. Below is the coverage of that day the Westgate community perfectly calls Leadership Day.
