    NSSEO Survey

Every year, District 25 partners with NSSEO to offer a survey to parents with students receiving special education services in our district. This survey provides valuable feedback on programs, support systems, and communication. In addition to helping District 25 improve the programs that we provide, it also helps NSSEO tailor family-based supports. We will reach out when the 2020-2021 school year's survey becomes live.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback!

Special Meetings

  • Transitioning to Middle School Presentation

On Wednesday, February 3, 2021 we hosted our annual Middle School Transition Night virtually via Zoom. This event was for parents of 5th grade students with special education needs.  Staff and administrators presented information on the different types of special education supports and programs available at the middle schools and the transition process.  For those that couldn't attend, recorded the presentation:

Special Parent Messages or Information

  • School personnel who provide related services to students are required to maintain written logs that contain the service provided, the date and number of minutes administered.  These related service logs must be provided to parents/guardians during the student’s annual review IEP meeting and also anytime upon request. These service logs are considered part of a student’s temporary record.
