  • What before and after school care is available?

    Before- and After-School Care
    Before- and after-school care is available at Windsor through the Children At Play (CAP) program, run by the Arlington Heights Park District. The CAP program offers supervised before- and after-school care in all seven District 25 elementary schools. The CAP program is administered by the Arlington Heights Park District and supported by the Village of Arlington Heights, which provides CAP scholarship funds to qualified families. The program is offered from 7:00 - 9:05 a.m. and from 3:35 - 6:00 p.m.

    CAP provides participating children with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, including small- and large-group games; crafts; and quiet time to read, visit with friends, or do homework. The CAP staff invites children to assist in choosing and planning activities. CAP offers full-day programs, including field trips, on selected days off school.

  • How do I add money to my child's lunch account?

    Please visit our online system, MealTime, to add money to your child's account. You can also send in checks to add money to the account or pay back negative balances. More information can be found here

  • How do I make sure I receive email/voicemail updates from school?

    All updates sent through our School Messenger system, including Friday packet updates, are sent to the primary email of the student. Parents update this information during registration each year. If you feel that you are not receiving these updates at least weekly, please call the main office at 847-398-4297 and update your email address.

  • What happens if my child will be absent for more than 10 consecutive days?

    If your child will be out of school due to travel (not illness or injury) for more than 10 days, he/she will be unenrolled from the District. When you return, you will need to reenroll him/her including showing proof of residency. Please contact the main office at 847-398-4297 for details if you have an upcoming extended trip planned.
