Children at Play - CAP Information
-
Our District is proud of our partnership with the Arlington Heights Park District. That partnership allows District 25 parents to participate in a before/after school care called CAP. For more information on the CAP Program visit the Arlington Heights Park District website or click here.
Dear CAP Parent
-
For security reasons, every CAP family is expected to have at least one cardkey to access the school when dropping off or picking up children from 7:00–8:45 am and 3:45–6:00 pm on days when CAP is in session. Please do not let anyone else in when you enter the building. Between the hours of 8:45 am and 3:45 pm, access to the buildings is through the school office.
- If you need to order new or replacement cardkeys, there is a $15.00 charge per card. You may order as many as 4 cards.
- If you currently have cardkeys, please hold on to them at the end of the year. They will be deactivated for the summer and reactivated upon receipt of your $10.00 reactivation fee per card for next school year. The cards do not have to be returned to be reactivated.
- Lost cards must be reported to the School District immediately for deactivation. Please call (847) 506-6904 to report loss.
- Cards remain the property of School District 25 and should be returned when your child finishes the CAP program. Hold on to your cards for as long as you have a child in the CAP program.
Cards can be paid for online using the District Online Payment link
School District office hours are: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am- 4:00 pm
If you have any questions, please call Darcy Moder at (847) 506-6904.
