MORE A.I. IN THE CLASSROOM? THIS STUDENT THINKS SO

Here in District 25, we want our students to personalize his/her learning. We want students to feel connected to what they are learning and have a genuine interest in their education.

Each year, our students put together a personalized learning project. In this project, students determine what they would like to learn about and how they would like to present it to their class.

Tharika, who just finished her last year at Greenbrier, decided to research about Artificial Intelligence and how it needs to be more involved in the the day-to-day curriculum. She went beyond just a presentation to her peers, and ended up emailing District 25's Director of Technology, Chris Fahnoe.

Chris decided to ask Tharika to put togehter a presentation for District 25's entire Admin Council which consists of the principal and assistant principal at every school, every assistant superintendent, every curriculum coordinator and the District's Superintendent.

Tharika accepted, worked hard, and did a wonderful job with the presentation.
